Mark Mosley

Mark Mosely, Chief Executive Officer of 911 Emerge-N-See, has officially joined Foundations Public Safety (FPS) as a Trainer and Implementing Partner.

With over 25 years of experience, Mosely has managed domestic and international public safety, emergency response, and disaster relief operations across the U.S. and more than 60 countries. His career spans 20 domestic responses and 40 international missions, including work within 13 UN emergencies and seven conflict zones across five continents.
